Prior to placing a caregiver in your home, ASSIST@HOME Quality Care takes the time to get to know your unique needs. We will visit with you and your family wherever and whenever it is convenient to develop a complimentary plan of care that is custom tailored to you. The ‘Care Plan’ answers the questions; what do you need, when do you need it and how do we provide it? From this information we can match your needs to our caregiver staff to ensure we achieve our “Perfect Caregiver Match” guarantee.

Recruiting Our Caregivers:
- Our caregivers are recruited and selected for their experience, dependability, and caring attitudes.
- We choose caregivers that we would have caring for our own parents!
- Each and every ASSIST@HOME Quality Care caregiver is insured and bonded.
Screening:
Each caregiver has had a comprehensive background screen including a criminal records check, driving records check, multiple reference checks, and pre-employment drug screen.
Training:
Each caregiver participates in a very effective, ongoing training program. The initial training focuses on infection control, fall prevention, and how to care for and communicate with those who have early signs of Alzheimer’s. We then provide ongoing training to our caregivers on many specialized eldercare topics.
